HTML5 Theme Updated to Version 1.2

HTML5 Theme

My free HTML5 and CSS3 theme has been a huge success with over 4200 downloads. It has been featured on several sites as well as converted into a Blogger template.

But the web is moving fast so some of the stuff in the theme has been outdated, so yesterday I released version 1.2 of the theme.

What’s New?

  • Code improvements – Cleaner code. Some of the section‘s are switched out with divs
  • The sidebar is now a div instead of aside while the widgets are aside
  • The theme it now released under New BSD License. The license is included in license.txt
  • More CSS3!

This is great, thanks. One problem: any chance you know why I am getting this error after sending contact form?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /usr/home/www/htdocs/inc/email-validator.php on line 25

    • Jesper siger:

The mail function doesn’t work on localhost for the most people. Do you get the same error if you upload it to a server?

  7. Like the new version to put on my BLOG THAT IS HOW HAS THE BLSPOT.COM LAUNCHES VERSION XML? WAIT CONTACT

    • Jesper siger:

Yes, the Blogger version of this template is the old version.. I didn’t make the Blogger version – Rethnaraj Rambabu from bloggerbits.com made that. The way is to get the newest version on your blog is to politely ask him if he wants to update it, or hope that someone else will.

In the end, it would be super awesome if you didn’t write in CAPS :)
